The history of this wine started with an oversight, an error.
Since then, we scrupulously respect the same error!
But voila, nature is capricious and has not made the veil in 2021. It is therefore an orange wine (pellicular fermentation).
With a strong base of Grenache Gris, this wine is very rich in aromas, a nice freshness pleasantly complements its fleshy and fatty side.
Serve chilled (12/13C)
