Mr Erick Schreiber's plots are located in Courteron, in the Côte des Bar. The estate is located in the Seine valley, at the southernmost level of the Champenoise appellation. Composed of 6.5 hectares of vines, only 2.5 of which produce wines intended for champagnes, this small estate cultivates on clay-limestone soils.
The entire production has been certified in organic and biodynamic agriculture since 1989. The owner, Erick Schreiber is one of the pioneers of Champenoise biodynamics and it is with conviction that he produces natural Champagnes while respecting his environment. In endosmosis with its terroir, it is attentive and ensures the good health of the nature which surrounds it.
The result: A living soil, a deep root system, pure, complex and fleshy champagnes.
Erick Schreiber is a winegrower / vivifier working since 1987. A pioneer of biodynamic agriculture in champagne, he has partnered for years with two other renowned Champagne winegrowers. They thus pool their know-how and their equipment in order to best cultivate their plots. Everyone has their own specialty and the three of us have three times more experience, so better adaptability.
