From the famous mountainous terroir of southwestern Ethiopia in the Sidamo province, our Yrgacheffe Moka is to coffee what the Grands Crus classés are to wine: the holy grail of connoisseurs! Grown between 1,950 and 2,200 meters above sea level, the coffee trees benefit from rich, volcanic soils and a temperate climate most of the year. Smooth on the palate, this single-origin moka offers flavors of jasmine and bergamot with hints of lemongrass. An elegant Arabica coffee that envelops the palate with its floral notes and brings a lovely acidity to the tasting. Pure refinement, to be enjoyed with a citrus panna cotta, a yuzu tart, or a pear and jasmine soufflé.

Barista's tip: To highlight the floral notes, prepare it in a filter coffee maker. To fully appreciate the beautiful acidic notes, don't hesitate to enjoy it as an espresso.
