Sylvaner Old Vines
Thirst-quenching, with discreet fruitiness, it offers a beautiful liveliness and a beautiful minerality. Ideal with mixed salads, cold meats, tartiflettes and raclettes and seafood.

Old Vines Pinot Blanc
Supple on the palate, it remains dry and presents aromas of fresh fruit. It will go well with fish and white meats, pies and cold meats without forgetting cheeses such as Comté, Saint-Nectaire or Cantal.

Riesling
Expressive, with citrus aromas, the palate is elegant and refreshing with a beautiful minerality. To be served with all seafood, poultry, white meats and goat cheeses.

Pinot Gris
Nose with aromas of undergrowth and toast, generous on the palate with a nice minerality. Easy to pair with fish in sauce, white meats, duck, veal, pan-fried foie gras.

Gewurztraminer
Delicate scents of spices and flowers, very pleasant balance on the palate. Delicious as an aperitif, with exotic dishes, full-bodied cheeses and desserts.
