Alsatian whiskey
We offer you through this box a unique and original tasting experience, in order to introduce you to the different typicalities of our 3 "Welche's Whiskies":
- 1 x 20cl Single Malt aged in Sauternes barrels
- 1 x 20cl Single Malt "Fine Peat" aged in Burgundy barrels
- 1 x 20cl Single Malt "Peaty" aged in Sauternes barrels
The Pays Welche is the geographical area in which the village of Lapoutroie is located, in the middle mountains on the foothills of the Vosges peaks.
With our experience in fruit brandies, we have brought together the best to develop our whisky: rigorously selected barley, double distillation, small capacity barrels from major French wine estates and pure water. taken at 950 meters above sea level, above our village, near the Etang du Devin.
Amber in color, this Single Malt Whiskey offers a nose with notes of almonds and cereals. On the palate, you will be seduced by aromas of meringue and coffee, all on an invigorating finish, punctuated by a slight bitterness.
