TASTING NOTES

Colour: ruby
Nose: fine and precise marked by an expressive fruitiness mixing red and black berries, enhanced with touches of cocoa, leather and spices.
Palate: supple and greedy which offers both fluidity and structure, combining notes of red fruits and liquorice with notes of violet and venison. An elegant and harmonious mouth underlined by very fine and well melted tannins.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Temperature: 16 to 18°c, to decant a few hours before the meal
Accompaniment: with red meats, game, stew, cheeses...
Laying down: between 3 and 5 years, laid down, protected from light.
