Colour: Intense garnet
Nose: Complex, fine, suggesting aromas of black fruits combined with spices, cocoa, and light notes of violet.
Palate: Deep, complex, dominated by red stone fruits (morello cherry). We find chocolate notes, cocoa, accompanied by very fine tannins which are present until an elegant and complex finish.
HOW TO DRINK IT
Temperature: 16 to 18°c, to decant a few hours before the meal
Accompaniment: with red meats, game, stew, cheeses...
Keep: between 7 and 10 years, laid down, protected from light.
