It is the delicate marriage of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc grape varieties.

A bouquet full of finesse with great aromatic complexity, a long finish in the mouth with a lot of freshness.
When to drink ?
“The champagne of conviviality! goes wonderfully with a dinner aperitif!
Very pleasant now and will improve with age.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif, it can accompany a whole meal with poultry or white meat, fish in sauce, cheese with cooked pasta (Comté, Beaufort, etc.).
How to serve it?
It is recommended to serve this Champagne at a temperature of 8° to 10° to start and to let it rise in temperature to feel all the aromas while swirling the wine in the glass.
For this it is desirable to have flutes quite flared at the base which close above.
