The best juices at the time of pressing were chosen to make this cuvée.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Clear pale gold.
Blooming fruity nose with accents of rhubarb, dried apricots, marzipan. On the palate, a fleshy attack, full with intense and slightly iodized aromas.
When to drink ?

Excellent as an aperitif, marvelously accompanies shellfish and all dishes prepared with products from the sea.
How to serve it?
It is recommended to serve this Champagne at a temperature of 8° to 10° to start and to let it rise in temperature to feel all the aromas while swirling the wine in the glass.
For this it is desirable to have flutes quite flared at the base which close above.
