COMMENTS AND TASTING
The limestone brings an additional dimension to this wine which presents a significant volume in the mouth and firm tannins. This cuvée is a nod to Vincent, Bertrand's youngest son who actively participated in the development of this cuvée. This wine will go perfectly with all simmered dishes: stews, blanquettes, pot-au-feu, stews, etc...
