COMMENTS AND TASTING
Very aromatic and fruity on the palate with a lovely tangy finish, this white wine reveals the delicacy of the aromas of Chenin Blanc while preserving the freshness and will reveal its minerality over time. It goes perfectly with cooked and grilled fish. It will amaze you on asparagus. Do not hesitate to compare it with a regional goat cheese.
